1. Agreement to Terms

By booking or receiving Permanent Makeup (PMU) services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your appointment.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to receive PMU services. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications during the consultation. Certain conditions (e.g., pregnancy, active skin disorders, or recent surgeries) may disqualify you from receiving PMU services.

3. Consultation and Patch Test

A mandatory consultation will be conducted before the appointment. A patch test may be required at least 48 hours before the procedure to rule out allergic reactions.

4. Health and Safety

All tools and equipment used are sterile and single-use to ensure hygiene and safety. Clients are responsible for following pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by the technician.

5. Booking and Payments

6. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

PMU is a semi-permanent procedure, and results will vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. A touch-up appointment may be required within 4 to 6 weeks, which is an additional cost.

8. Liability and Risks

By proceeding with PMU services, you acknowledge and accept that there may be risks, including, but not limited to, allergic reactions, infections, or dissatisfaction with the results. The technician is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose medical conditions or follow aftercare instructions.

9. Refund Policy

PMU services are non-refundable due to the time, materials, and artistry involved. Touch-ups are not included unless explicitly stated in the service package.

10. Privacy

Your personal information and photos of your results (with consent) may be used for marketing and training purposes. All information shared during your appointment is confidential.

11. Dispute Resolution
